Baseline emissions
Baseline emissions footprint
Baseline emissions are the greenhouse gases we produced before any of the work below began. They are the reference point every reduction is measured against. Baseline year: 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024.
Scope 1
n/a
No direct emissions: we run no vehicles of our own. Collections and deliveries are made by our logistics partners and are counted under Scope 3.
Scope 2
7,040.4kg CO₂e
Indirect emissions from energy.
Scope 3
49,838kg CO₂e
Supplier and logistics emissions.
Next emissions reporting year: 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025.
Year 2 report signed 30 September 2025.
Year 2 figures will be published here, next to year 1.
The roadmap
Our roadmap to carbon neutrality
Carbon reduction projects and initiatives, with the dates we are working to.

01
Carbon footprint assessment.
A data-driven baseline across Scope 1, 2 and 3, with third-party auditors assessing emissions through the supply chain.
2024 to 2025
02
Transition to renewable energy.
100% of the energy we use from renewable sources by 2027: green tariffs, plus on-site generation where a site allows.
2025 to 2027
03
Sustainable transport and logistics.
Transport emissions cut by 50%: logistics partners running electric or hybrid collection vehicles by 2030, better routing, and partners with their own carbon reduction targets.
2025 to 2030
04
IT asset refurbishment and recycling.
More devices into a second life; certified e-waste recyclers only for what cannot be saved.
2025 to 2030
05
Digital and virtual operations.
Hybrid working, virtual client meetings and asset inspections, cloud infrastructure powered by renewable energy.
2024 to 2026
06
Waste management and material reduction.
Zero-waste office and refurbishing operations, recyclable or biodegradable packaging, less water used in refurbishment.
2024 to 2028
07
Carbon offsetting and sequestration.
Reforestation, renewable energy or carbon capture for the emissions that remain, and an application for carbon-neutral certification through a reputable scheme.
2028 to 2030
08
Employee engagement and training.
Training on what each role can change, and recognition for the people who change it.
2024 to 2030
09
Reporting and client collaboration.
Each year's figures published on this page, next to the last, and take-back programmes built with clients.
2024 to 2030
10
Innovation and continuous improvement.
New ways to recover, refurbish and recycle, adopted when they cut emissions.
2024 to 2030

Ready to rethink what your tech can do?
Every reused device is CO₂e not emitted, e-waste not created. We quantify every tonne avoided and every device diverted, and report it under GHG Protocol Scope 3 Category 5.
